- Chữa kém ăn, ăn không tiêu, nôn, đau bụng, tiêu chảy: lấy 5 - 10g lá bạc hà, pha với 300 - 500ml nước sôi, cách 2 - 3 giờ uống một lần.
Tinh dầu bạc hà và menthol bôi tại chỗ gây cảm giác mát và tê, đồng thời có tác dụng sát khuẩn nên thường được dùng trong một số trường hợp đau dây thần kinh và ngứa trong một số bệnh ngoài da.
